A legal disclaimer

Due to the nature of our products, most items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes all personal care items, wellness kits, herbal blends, and custom boxes.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@theself-careclub.com with your name, number, email, order number and a photo of the issue.

Refund Policy - Lost or delayed packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier. If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.
